FINDING ME

A GENTLE AUDIO JOURNEY

HOME TO YOURSELF

14 Days

To reconnect with who you are.
To gather the quiet heart you’ve been carrying
for everyone but yourself.

Your Investment: €147

One-time payment

Maybe you’ve been there for everyone for so long…
you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be there for you.

You’ve kept going.
You’ve coped.
You’ve carried what needed carrying.

You’ve been the strong one, the capable one,
the woman people could rely on.

And somewhere along the way,
without even realising it,
you may have become a little distant from yourself.

Not lost.

Just… harder to hear beneath everything else.

Finding Me is an invitation to hear yourself again.

Finding Me isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about gently coming back to the woman who has been there all along.

Over 14 days, I’ll meet you each day through a short audio experience — a quiet moment that belongs only to you.

There is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to get right.
And nobody you need to become.

Just a little space to notice.
To listen.
To reconnect.

One day at a time.

What you may begin to notice…

Over these 14 days, you may begin to notice small things shifting.

A little more space in your mind.
A little more kindness towards yourself.
A clearer sense of what you need — and what you no longer need to carry.

You may notice the difference between what you truly want
and what you’ve simply become used to doing.

You may find yourself saying no without explaining quite so much.

Or saying yes to something you had quietly forgotten you wanted.

Nothing dramatic.

No pressure to transform your life in 14 days.

Just small moments of recognition.

Small moments of coming back to yourself.

Sometimes the smallest shifts are the ones that change everything.

14 days. 14 moments for you.

Each day, you’ll receive a short audio from me.

Not a lesson to complete.
Not another thing for your to-do list.

Just a few minutes where you can stop, listen, and turn your attention back towards yourself.

We’ll gently explore the things that can become difficult to hear when life gets noisy:

Who you are beneath all the roles you play.

What you’ve been carrying.

What you need now.

What you may be ready to leave behind.

And the woman who is still there underneath it all.

You don’t have to find all the answers.
You only have to begin listening.

Why I created Finding Me…

For a long time, I knew what it was like to be the woman who kept going.

The capable one.
The one who coped.
The one who found a way.

And somewhere in all that doing, caring and carrying, I lost touch with parts of myself too.

Finding my way back wasn’t one enormous, life-changing moment.

It happened quietly.

In moments when I began listening to myself again.

When I stopped asking who I should be and started becoming curious about who I was now.

That’s why I created Finding Me.

Not because I believe you need fixing.

But because sometimes we spend so long listening to everyone and everything around us…

we can barely hear ourselves anymore.

Perhaps it’s time to hear your own voice again.

Your 14 days, simply…

There’s no schedule to keep up with.
No homework. No catching up. No falling behind.

Finding Me is designed to fit gently into your life — not become another demand on it.

1 — RECEIVE

Each day, a new short audio will be waiting for you.

A few minutes.
Just for you.

2 — LISTEN

Find a quiet moment — morning, evening, in the car, on a walk… whenever feels right.

Put your headphones on.

And listen.

3 — NOTICE

There’s nothing you have to do afterwards.

Simply notice what comes up.

A thought.
A feeling.
A memory.
Perhaps nothing at all.

It’s all welcome.

Miss a day? Take two days? Take a week?

That’s okay.

Finding Me will still be there when you come back.

There is nowhere to fall behind when you’re finding your way home.

A little glimpse of where we’ll go together…

Over our 14 days together, we’ll gently turn towards some of the questions we so rarely give ourselves time to ask.

Not to force answers.

Simply to make room for what may already be waiting to be heard.

REMEMBERING

Who am I today?

When did I become so good at putting myself last?

What parts of me have I quietly left behind?

LISTENING

What am I carrying that I no longer need?

What do I actually need now?

What is my body, my heart — my own voice — trying to tell me?

RETURNING

What would choosing myself look like now?

What am I ready to make space for?

Who might I become when I stop trying to be who I’ve always been?

There will be moments of reflection.
Moments of recognition.
Perhaps even moments that surprise you.

But you won’t be asked to become someone new.

We’re simply making a little more room for you.

Perhaps Finding Me is for you if…

You’ve spent so much of your life being there for other people that you’re no longer quite sure where you fit into your own life.

You’re tired of always being the strong one.

You know something needs to change, even if you can’t quite put your finger on what.

You miss parts of yourself you haven’t felt in a very long time.

You’re beginning to wonder what you want now — not what everyone else needs from you.

Or perhaps…

Nothing is particularly wrong.

You simply have a quiet feeling that there might be more of you waiting to be lived.

You don’t need to have reached breaking point to choose yourself.

Maybe this is your moment.

If something in these words has felt familiar…

If a quiet part of you has been whispering,
« I think I need this… »

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.

You don’t need to arrive with answers.

You only need to be willing to make a little space for yourself.

Finding Me begins with one simple decision:
to include yourself in your own life again.
